PseudoBash: A clunky and somewhat broken Unix-like environment written mostly in NT-style batch script. It was really fun to make!
A look at the µShell Programs menu. All menu items, icons, and target paths are stored in an SQL Server Compact database, making for quick retrieval, easy expansion, and near-instantaneous searching.
